How to Get Natural Beauty with Healthy LifeStyle
Readers, do you recognize them?
Actually, they are famous Holywood Artist, catch up with No Make Up. Are they still beauty as good as they maked up? Anyway, much people seems Beauty only when they were on make up. They are not good looking enough overall. Their Make Up Artist did their work excelently. So their face, just not as wonderfull as they being maked up.
Being Beauty is Easy. Just get any great Make Up Artist, then you'll seems much different from yours. But I think its a fake. Its just a trick. How if you couldn't get any of them, and you have to show the "Original You". Then here I'm going to share something good. Its not a new thing, but its going to be a great result if you did it perfectly. Its called "Natural Beauty". Any "Natural" things, should be a result from any "Natural" way.
In this case, I'll get you into Healthy Lifestyle. Cuz if you did it good, you'll be heatlh. If you healthy enough, at least your face going to be fresh and good looking, although you didn't get any make up. Here we go Readers,
1. Get Regular and Properly Sleep Time
An human properly sleep time is an about of 8 hours a day. If you get less or more than 8 hours, most likely you will experience health problems. In addition, the side effects will be immediately visible on the face. Marsupial eyes, face dull and others. It can be removed with makeup, but if we can look pretty natural as possible, why should makeup? So Readers, get about 8 hours everyday to sleep as well.
2. Keep Your Menus and Diet
Most healthy menu and the best solution to keep your healthy. Eat for at least 3 times in 1 day. Eating 3 meals a day with a portion kept and menus that following rules of the nutritional needs, much better than eating it 2 or 1 times a day,then substitute with unhealthy snacks. Related with first point above, the right portions and menus will help you to get properly sleep time. 3. Avoid Stress
However your business, keep it not more than 10 hours a day. If doesn't, would potentially cause stress and will take an effect into your appetite and desire of rest. Target is an important things, but keep your body's healthy much much more important, Readers. Leave aside all your work activities after a period of 10 hours is exceeded. Take advantage of the remaining time to relax, me time. Perform activities that can refresh your mind.
4. Stay Away from Anythings that Potentialy Disrupting Health
Cigarettes, alcohol, soda, fast food etc is very influential on health. Avoid these things. Moreover, things like this are not only detrimental to health, but it is potentially damaging your body's organs. So the damage doesn't only impacting your beauty, but also your body. How come you expecting any beauty from yours where you are not healthy enough? Did you ever see any "good looking" sick human?
5. Doing Sports Regularly
Healthy does not have to be expensive, either do sports. Run, street, light stretching for example. Originally performed regularly, at least 30 minutes 3 times a week is enough. Sports will make your metabolism work normally and avoiding you from disease. Moreover, you can get a beautiful body with exercise.
