5 Bad Habits on Weekend which Going to Destroy your Healthy

Hello, happy Friday Readers. Welcome weekends. Its time to get refreshed, after much stress and pressure we get on week. Do you imagine that activities on weekend that you shuold spent it for refreshing, relaxing and getting your passion back, could break your Healthy? Just dont blame me yet, until you finished reading this entire post. Here I am not preventing you to doing any on weekends, just reminder that somtehing need to be avoided in order to keep your healthyness.

Usually people use time on the weekends to relax, recreation or just being together with family and close friends. However, these activities potentially damaging your healthy if you couldn't control it. Moreover, you will see your activities listed below. Not only break up your healthy, its also potentially give damages to your body's organ.

Here are 5 things you should avoid when doing activities at the weekend:


1. Sleep Late



Forgetting time when you re with family, doing some fun and interesting. Then you sleep late at night and excessive sleep in on next day. This is usually very often happened, isn't it? This will actually make you feel more tired on the next weekdays and going to damaging your body clock. So that you'll get more difficult to return to a normal sleep schedule when the weekend is over. This is able to damage the sport habits and increase stress levels. You should try and maintain normal sleep schedule to stay and sleep at the usual time - even in weekend. So you wont get any difficulty with your daily schedule on next weekdays.

2. Eat Carelessly



I believe that all of you would keep diet well during weekdays. But at the weekend, as if there is a 'dispensation' for the body and unconsciously, you will consume unhealthy foods - as a reward for the diet on weekdays. Just like junk food, drink alcohol, or engage in other activities that are not healthy. Believe it or not, as the saying goes : Because of rotten apples, the barrel is damaged. Likewise your body health condition. Do not waste method of diet and dietary adjustments during the week only to be destroyed one day at the weekend.

3. Sitting Too Long in Front of the TV or Gadgets



Lazed in front of the TV or gadget is fun. It is very difficult to done on weekdays. But if you want to be healthy and fit, just do not only waste time lingering in front of the television or gadgets. Stay active doing fun things on the weekend. Proper your rest time and do sports activities will be better for your healthy.

4. Work on Weekends



Any of you still working on weekend? For whatever reason, - Preparing for next week, Completing progress on last week, etc - it can be bad, because the weekend should be used to relax and recharge your 'battery' and power. Avoid working at home over the weekend if you wanna more productive and 'aggresive' during the workday. Forget your works just for a while and enjoy your weekend.

5. Spend Time with Housework



For who were too busy working in the office, sometimes you'll ignoring the housework during weekdays. And then, your housework going to piled up and you must sacrifice your weekends to doing thoose houseworks. This could be bad for the body, because your body also need rest long enough. It's good for you to share tasks with your mate, or take the help of Household Assistant if both of you are busy.

Well Readers, i think its clear now. Im not preventing you to enjoy your weekends overall. Just remind you, that you should control your activities, even on weekends. Because Healthy is not a permanent Reward. You should take care and keep it always. Just dont break it with little things.
